The African American Planning Commission, Inc. ("the publisher") reserves the right to refuse any advertising it deems inappropriate for the site. The Commission does not assume responsibility concerning advertisers, their positions, practices, services, or products.

Banner/button Ads:
All contracts for banner/button advertising are negotiated and contracts are signed before any advertising is put up on the site. In the event of nonpayment, the African American Planning Commission, Inc. reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and separately liable for money due and payable to the publisher.

The official posting and payment cycle starts on the first business day of the month subsequent to the ad submission and payment. For example, an ad submitted and pre-paid on February 13th would generally be posted on or about February 15th. If it is for a six-month term, the ad cycle will be from March 1 - August 31st. If it is for a 12-month term, the ad cycle will be from March 1 - February 28.

The African American Planning Commission, Inc. reserves the right to change these policies at any time in light of developments at its Web site and in the philanthropic community.

Cancellations:
Cancellations for banner/button ads must be made before the deadline date, confirmed in writing, and sent via fax and e-mail.

Make Good:
