About the Shopping Mall at AAPCI.org
Welcome to the Shopping Mall at AAPCI.org where our overriding mission is to address issues of homelessness, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS and poverty through the provision of direct services and the power of the Internet.
The Shopping Mall at AAPCI.org is designed to generate revenue for our programs. Additionally, when you make a financial donation to the African American Planning Commission, whether by U.S. mail or through our secure online credit card donation server, 100% of your tax-deductible donations goes directly to support the development of affordable housing for low income families, safe homes for survivors of domestic violence, permanent housing with onsite supportive services for persons and families living with HIV/AIDS, and the creation of jobs in the communities in which we live and serve.

Some retailers choose to advertise on our site and pay us an advertising fee. Unlike many of our competitors, the African American Planning Commission donates 100% of our retailer's standard affiliate and advertising fees to our programs. Typically these affiliate fees range from pennies per click to up to 30% of your purchase price. The specific commissions vary from merchant to merchant. Advertising fees cover a broad range, depending on the advertising needs of the merchant. There is no extra cost to you, no hidden charges, and your patronage is an excellent way to give back to the community.
What you pay online is the same low-price as you would if you went directly to the store. Because there is no overhead, many of the items in our online Shopping Mall are cheaper than going to the store to make a purchase! The more you shop in our mall, the more popular the Mall at AAPCI.Org will become and the more people AAPCI.Org will be able to help through its services. AAPCI.Org is a nonprofit organization that uses 100% of all royalties and advertising fees towards helping survivors of domestic violence and their children, the homeless, and families living with HIV/AIDS in the U.S. and Africa!
All products and services in our shopping portal are within everyone's budget and can be purchased securely using any of your major credit cards or store charge cards. For added convenience, all our online merchants accept the following payment options: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and their own store charge cards, including PayPal and Bill Me Later!
