AEC-TEA
The AEC-TEA is a locally based, volunteer-run association in Capim Grosso, Bahia, working to encourage participation in volunteer work as a means to improve the quality of life of the community. Within our center, we provide English and Spanish courses, as well as carry out arts activities and educational projects. We provide local and international volunteers with work placement in community projects, public institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGO'S). We provide housing to international volunteers at our Volunteer House. We have partnership arrangements with institutions in Capim Grosso and other cities in a wide range of fields including: Education, Arts and Music, Health, Environmental issues, Child care, Food and Nutrition, Legal Aid, and Youth Development.
